Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines depend on the plan set option selected.

Plan sets

  • Digital plan sets, such as PDF & CAD, are typically emailed within 1–2 business days.
  • Physical paper sets (5 or 8) are shipped via UPS Ground shipping for FREE. We offer a paid option to expedite shipping. Please refer to the checkout display for rates.

Add-ons

  • Add-ons like an alternate foundation, readable reverse, or 2x6 exterior walls may extend the delivery timeline. Please refer to the note at checkout when applicable.
  • The List of Materials option is delivered separately in 5–7 business days.
  • The Structural Engineering add-on is delivered separately, please allow 15-20 business days.

Digital delivery

Digital plan sets (PDF or CAD format) will be delivered via email as an attachment or link to download. Digital plan sets are typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

Shipping

Architectural Designs offers three shipping options on physical plan sets.
Ground Shipping: Ground Shipping is on us! Architectural Designs offers free ground shipping within the United States. Plans typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
Priority Shipping: Typical delivery is 3-4 business days. Pricing is displayed at checkout.

Due to weather and events beyond our control, we cannot guarantee on-time shipping delivery.
