The one-story 1600 square foot house plan gives you 2 beds, 2 baths and has an industrial vibe. A shed roof extends over the front of the home extending your enjoyment to the outdoors.
A set of French doors and sliders open from the porch to an open concept interior combining the great room, dining room and kitchen into a single space. Windows give you great views from any point in this portion of the home.
The master suite occupies the entire right side of the home and has a large walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.
This Metal House Plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
