This farmhouse barndominium gives you 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2,460 square feet of heated living plus a 746 square foot 2-car garage.
An open concept layout greets you as you enter off the 6'6" deep front porch through a pair of French doors. The great room flows to the kitchen and dining room which all are under a 10' to 14' vaulted and exposed-beam ceiling. The great room has a gas fireplace surrounded by built-in cabinets giving you extra storage.
The kitchen includes an island with a counter-high snack bar, lots of cabinets for storage, and a unique silo-style pantry in the corner.
The master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a bathroom with dual sinks and a freestanding bathtub near the oversized, open shower. An optional shower layout is included for those that would prefer more privacy.

Plumbing diagrams and HVAC plans are not available for these homes, since they are generally not needed for home construction and since each county's code will vary and a licensed plumber and/or electrician must follow the codes.
