This one-story Craftsman ranch house plan has a vaulted layout and rugged good looks. Walking in the front door, a 12’ ceiling foyer lays parallel to a den on the left which could be used as a home office, study, library or as a guest room.
The foyer opens up to the great room that features a nicely tucked away fireplace. Passing through the dining room you can make your way to the garage by way of the kitchen or step through the elegant sliding doors to the covered outdoor patio equipped with a built in BBQ area and additional fireplace.
Back inside, the entire right side of the floor plan is comprised of a bedroom and two suites.
Perhaps the most impressive part of this plan would be the over-sized shop and garage space. With high 16’ ceilings and extended length, the furthest bay can accommodate an RV.
The garage doors, from left to right, are 12' by 14', 9' by 8' and 18' by 8'.

Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
