Stone and cedar shake combine arched windows in the gables create a Craftsman house plan exterior with European flair. This hillside walkout house plan boasts a rear wall of glasswork on both floors to capture views and has an attractive angled garage with a shed dormer above.
The foyer and great room share a vaulted ceiling with a 23'4" peak height. The dining room is open to the great room and has a 10'6" tray ceiling and both rooms have access to the back porch.
The kitchen is open to the keeping room with 14' cathedral ceiling. The walk-in pantry is located by the garage entrance making unloading groceries a breeze.

Cross-Section / Wall Section Details - Important changes in floor, ceiling and roof heights or the relationship of one level to another are called out. Also shown, when applicable, are exterior details such as railing and banding.
Structural Plan - Overall layout and necessary details for the ceiling, second-floor framing (if applicable) and roof construction. If trusses are used, it's suggested that you use a local truss manufacturer to design your trusses to comply with your local codes and regulations.
