This 2,118 square foot modern farmhouse plan gives you 3 beds, 2 baths and has a bonus room with bathroom above the garage which can easily be used as a fourth bedroom. The exterior has a blend of board and batten and clapboard siding and has a standing seam metal roof over the 6'-deep front porch with exposed rafter tails and the decorative shed dormer.
Inside, the floor plan offers easy living with an open great room and dining room under a 17'11" cathedral ceiling and an island kitchen with a corner pantry. The great room and dining room each have access to the 6'-deep rear porch.
