Plan Details
  • This 3-bed modern home plan has a large party deck over the garage, giving you a wonderful gathering space for your friends and family and will make your home the envy of the neighborhood. Two covered outdoor  spaces, a rear covered patio with a cooktop and a L-shaped front porch - give you more places to enjoy the fresh air.
  • The exterior is highlighted by wood siding and accents combined with stucco and a modern garage door to give the home a modern look.
