  • This 3-bed New American House Plan gives you 2,690 square feet of heated living and a roomy 1,187 square foot 3-car garage. Step through a pair of French doors on the covered front porch and you'll find yourself in the foyer with the vaulted great room ahead and a home office on your right. Stairs to the lower level are on your left. 
  • The vaulted ceiling in the great room extends to the covered porch in back. The great room is open to the island kitchen and the dining area with sliding door access to the back porch.
