  • This shop house plan is 58' wide including the shed roof and 64' deep with the decks (strip those off and the home is 44' by 44').
  • There is 1,560 square feet of parking on the ground level which gives you room for up to five vehicles. A 376 square foot utility room has a shower for cleaning up after working on your cars or projects.
  • Upstairs gives you 1,320 square feet of heated living space including a vaulted living area gives you a kitchen that opens to the great room with a pair of French doors taking you to a vaulted 10' deep deck.
  • On the opposite side, the master suite also has access to a covered deck.
  • The left bay has a 10' by 8' door and the other two have 10' by 10' overhead doors.

  • Simple Plumbing: This page shows the locations of the bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks. This may be found on the floor plan, or it might be on a separate page.
  • Details: This page includes the structural details for the construction of the house.
