This European-style home plan has French classic inspiration, a brick exterior and a gently sloping roofline. A drive-thru porte-cochere with storage room takes you to the garage in back which can be expanded from 2 cars to 3 cars.
The front covered porch opens into the foyer with an optional study/guest bedroom to the right. To the left, you are taken into the great room with vaulted ceiling with wood beams and a wood burning fireplace. This space opens to the dining room with its own (optional) gas fireplace. Glass doors look out to the outdoor living room. The kitchen holds a huge high-low bar island with additional seating for up to 6. A roomy walk-in pantry is just around the corner.
The master suite is privately located on the right and has transom windows on the side wall letting in natural lighting while maintaining privacy. Dual walk-in closets and a luxurious master bath with a free-standing tub space and an enclosed glass shower, a double sink vanity with ample counter space and individual linen closets complete the suite.
