This coastal contemporary home plan has West-Indies flair with an open floor plan inside. Straight lines, a flat tile roof, Bermuda shutters and a stucco finish give this house plan great curb appeal.
The portico leads straight to the foyer with an intricate stepped ceiling. Beyond the foyer, the spacious great room boasts a vaulted and beamed ceiling.
