Our client built Architectural Designs' House Plan 16919WG on a walkout foundation with a 3-car side garage on their property in Georgia.  Some of their design changes include using a larger header to allow for a completely open main floor, adding two niches to the upstairs area leading to the bonus room.  The "game room" was made into a bedroom and they modified the bathroom making it a walk through to a closet.  Ready when you are!
