This country farmhouse plan has two dormers above the L-shaped 8' deep porch (the porch runs 28'8" across the front of the home and extends 16'4" down the side). Multiple gables and abundant windows give it great curb appeal.
The great room/kitchen gain vertical space from 17'10" cathedral ceilings. , while this house plan's open foyer pulls the dining room and great room together visually.
A cathedral ceiling soars 17'10" above the master bedroom. A five-fixture bath and large walk-in closet completes the suite. Two bedrooms, one with a 15'2" cathedral ceiling, share a bath.
The back porch (37'4" by 8') has skylights and is accessible from the great room and the utility room.

Structural Plan - Overall layout and necessary details for the ceiling, second-floor framing (if applicable) and roof construction. If trusses are used, it's suggested that you use a local truss manufacturer to design your trusses to comply with your local codes and regulations.
