Plan Details

At the heart of this Spanish style house plan is the 1,061 square foot courtyard with a fountain open to the sky. This courtyard is visible from virtually all areas of the home.
Enjoy more outdoor living with two more courtyards - one off the living room and study (306 square feet) and the other in bafck off the guest suite (137 square feet). There is also the covered veranda (678 square feet) and the open air terrace (344 square feet).
The guest suite is private and makes a great mother-in-law room with its own private garage.
A circular stair, a balcony overlooking the center courtyard and an outdoor living veranda with a summer kitchen, wet bar and study are some of the other features of this special home.
The roof is a truss design and has a 5:12 pitch.

We do this to improve the accuracy and integrity that should be expected from quality set of plans.
Interior Elevations: Some sets include interior Kitchen, Bathrooms and other significant detailed plan specific areas.
