  • This detached garage plan gives you three garage bays. Two oversized ones are in front, each with 10' by 14' overhead doors. A third one is on the side with a 10' by 8' garage door.
  • The plan is designed for post-frame construction. The loads are carried by the post/poles, meaning the exterior walls are not load bearing. This form of construction is less expensive to build compared to a conventional framed design.
