Our friends and clients – Blackburn Builders, LLC – built a modified version of Architectural Designs House plan 62762DJ for a second time in Indiana. They modified the dormer on front of the house to accommodate local weather conditions, a third car garage, and removed one of the two bathrooms making the bedrooms a little bigger.
