Our client built Architectural Designs House Plan 56438SM on a basement in Michigan with changes we helped them make. They removed a wall in the garage making it a true 3-car garage. Inside, vaulted the living room, made the master bedroom bigger, and gave Bed 3 and Bed 4 their own bathrooms.
