Plan Details
  • This mountain house plan gives you 3,534 square feet of heated living space, 300 square feet of expansion space with the sunroom, and parking for 3 cars (a 470 square foot garage on the main floor and a 686 square foot garage in the lower level).
  • Friends can crash in the lower level which has a large rec room with outdoor access, a full bathroom and a kitchen with peninsula seating.
  • On the main floor, the great room has a soaring vaulted ceiling and views out the back through a prow-like wall of windows. The master suite and dining room/kitchen area are on either side of the great room and all have outdoor access.
  • Upstairs, all three bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

  • Simple Plumbing: This page shows the locations of the bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks. This may be found on the floor plan, or it might be on a separate page.
  • Details: This page includes the structural details for the construction of the house.
