A unique double-stepped staircase and a curved balcony complement the arched entryway of this raised cottage home plan. This 3,120 square foot home plan has three bedrooms and three and 1/2 bathrooms and is available with an island basement foundation. Inside, the foyer embraces the living areas accented by a 3-sided fireplace and wet bar. Sliding glass doors bring views in to the open rooms and provide access to the verandah.
