Sticks and struts highlight the Craftsman-style front gables in this ranch home plan. Columns and cultured stone frame the vaulted covered porch, creating an inviting entry portico. The slender chimney, too, is clad in cultured stone, and sports an interesting metal cap.
A richly glassed vaulted great room with a beverage bar is at the heart of this home. It's open to the kitchen on one side, bounded by a long work island with a flush eating bar. Sliding glass doors at the front and side open onto two covered and vaulted patios, while a wood-burning fireplace offers a focal point on the other side.
Bedrooms, including the spacious owners' suite, are at the rear. Suite amenities include a huge walk-in closet and a private covered patio. The bathroom boasts a spa tub, private toilet, dual vanity and walk-in shower. Secondary bedrooms share a bathroom that offers direct entry from both.

Main Floor Plan: Shows placement and dimensions of walls, doors, & windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling heights, etc.
Second Floor Plan (if any): Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details. Foundation types vary; please call to confirm the foundation type of the plan you are interested in.
Roof Framing Plan: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale, and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Building Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches, and electrical outlets.
