  • Just the right size for a Vacation getaway, this Mountain home is less than 800 square feet, making it easy to clean and maintain.
  • The kitchen and family room form one large two-story space with a good size bedroom and large bathroom nearby.
  • Take the spiral stairs up to loft space on the second floor, where you can fit some extra beds in.
  • Double doors on the side of the family room take you outside where you can add a deck if desired.
  • NOTE: Please allow 15 business days for delivery.
What's Included
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
What's Not Included
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
