  • The covered front porch welcomes you into this southern home plan with traditional flair. Enter the foyer and view a beautiful dining room accented with an arched opening. A pocket door from the kichen adds a nice touch.
  • The study entered via pocket doors is located off the foyer for privacy. The large great room has a fireplace located on the rear wall and is flanked by dual French doors with transoms above. A built-in entertainment center and shelves offers storage. Get some fresh air with a few steps to the screened porch.
  • The kitchen has an island, a cooktop, double wall ovens, a walk-in pantry and an L-shaped snack bar.   • Electrical Plan - This sheet will show the locations of all lights, receptacles, switches, etc. as well as a roof layout.
  • Exterior Elevations - Our plans include complete front, sides and rear views, as well as any special exterior details.
  • Interior Elevations of cabinets, cabinet details, columns and walls with unique conditions.
  • Building Sections, Details and Typical Specifications Sheets
  • Some plans can be ordered with a materials list for an extra change. Please check availability for this option.
  • Plumbing diagrams and HVAC plans are not available for these homes, since they are generally not needed for home construction and since each county's code will vary and a licensed plumber and/or electrician must follow the codes.
