Our builder-client, Equity Homes, completed their build of Architectural Designs Traditional House Plan 62416DJ on their property in New York. They modified the plans slightly, moving the laundry to the 2nd floor, created a walk-in-pantry off of the dining room, and reconfigured the master bath and closet to utilize some of the unfinished attic space.
